Exigo Announces Promotions

Elias Padilla, AIA to Associate Principal 

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Elias Padilla, AIA, to Associate Principal. This milestone highlights Elias’ exceptional leadership, visionary approach, and steadfast commitment to design excellence. Since joining Exigo in 2021, Elias has been a cornerstone of our team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment. His contributions as Project Architect for the El Paso Water Administration Building, in partnership with Lake|Flato Architects, have been exemplary. Elias has expertly managed the construction administration process, ensuring seamless coordination between the construction and design teams to bring this significant project to fruition. Elias holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania, is a licensed architect in Texas, and currently serves as Vice President of the AIA El Paso Chapter. His professional portfolio spans large-scale commercial and educational projects, showcasing his broad expertise and dedication to impactful design. We are proud to celebrate Elias’ achievements and look forward to his continued contributions to the success of our firm and our community!

Exigo Promotes Paulina Lagos, AIA, to Principal

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Paulina Lagos, AIA, to Principal. As a dedicated leader within our firm, Paulina has consistently demonstrated exceptional commitment, collaboration, and visionary leadership. Her contributions have been instrumental in driving Exigo’s growth and achieving outstanding results for our clients, most notably through her recent roles as Project Manager for La Nube and the El Paso Water Headquarters.

Paulina holds a Master of Science in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas. A licensed architect in Texas, Paulina has made remarkable contributions to the architectural community. In 2019, she served as President of the AIA El Paso Chapter. She went on to found the Women in Architecture Committee in 2021 and served as Chair of the Historic Landmark Commission for the City of El Paso in 2023. In 2024, Paulina was named Woman of the Year by the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association. Currently, she is Chair-Elect of the Publications Committee for Texas Architect.

This well-deserved promotion is a testament to Paulina’s hard work, dedication to excellence, and forward-thinking leadership. Please join us in celebrating this significant milestone in her career and wishing her continued success at Exigo.
