Exigo is thrilled to announce that the Mexican American Cultural Center and the Silvia Carreon Community Center have been honored with Honor and Merit Awards, respectively, at the 2025 AIA El Paso Design Awards!
These Annual Design Awards, organized by the AIA El Paso Chapter, shine a spotlight on exceptional architectural and urban design crafted by talented architects, emerging professionals, and students in El Paso. They also serve to cultivate a deep appreciation for architectural excellence within the community. The projects were evaluated by a distinguished panel of design professionals, led by Jury Chair and Guest Speaker Randall Daniel, Senior Principal at SmithGroup’s Dallas office.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the City of El Paso for the remarkable opportunity to make a lasting impact on the vibrant Arts District. We also wish to acknowledge our esteemed collaborators on the Mexican American Cultural Center: Ten Eyck Landscape Architects, M. Goodwin Museum Planning, and Sundt Construction. Their expertise and vision were invaluable to the realization of this project.
Our partnership with Marmon Mok Architecture and Jordan Foster Construction was equally vital to the success of the Silvia Carreon Community Center. Their dedication and collaboration helped bring our shared vision to fruition.
As a firm, we are immensely proud of the exceptional work our team has accomplished in bringing these two remarkable projects to life. Their creativity, commitment, and passion have truly made a difference, and we look forward to continuing our journey of innovation and excellence in the future!
