Campbell Apartments is a mixed-use residential/retail project which follows the City of El Paso Downtown master plan overall planning guidelines. This modern five-story building offers a combination of one, two and three-bedroom apartments for a total of 85 units, plus a parking garage. The retail space is strategically located on the first floor to accommodate businesses geared to serve the residents.
For the concept, as much as for the design, this project, located at the heart of the Segundo Barrio, has the potential to become a catalyst for the area’s redevelopment. It interacts with existing neighborhood institutions such as Sacred Heart Parish, Lydia Patterson School, and Armijo Pool among others.
