Located at the 5th Floor of Chase Tower, the existing conditions for this project added important aspects to consider in space design: 1) Presence of asbestos, 2) Excess of ducts in the plenum and 3) Underground system of power and data. We faced these challenges by having a detailed plan of existing conditions and adjusting the design using what was available as much as possible to reduce cost. The 28,500 Sq. Ft. project includes a reception, 3 kitchen areas, 4 classrooms, 53 cubicles, 14 executive offices and 13 private offices, two training rooms and a Board Room with capacity for 200 people.
