The original 40,000 square foot building was an industrial facility located in a historical and area in the very heart of Downtown El Paso.
Originally, an elegant turn of the century structure with exposed brick exterior, this building was converted into cutting edge, professional offices. The final product consists of four floors of flexible office space with detailing that echo the beauty in the original construction. Located one city block from the new Federal Courthouse and across the street from the City of El Paso’s new location, these offices are prime space in the resurgent downtown area.
The project also offers covered parking accessed from the side of the facility at street level and connecting directly to the lobby.
