The Southeast Campus of the Southeast College lies on approximately 10.5 acres. HCCS has recently acquired approximately 2.5 additional acres from the St. Andrews Church adjacent property. The Felix Morales Building is a three-story 61,000 SF facility built in 1991. This facility houses classrooms and resource facilities such as a 10,000 SF library, and the Student Services One-Stop Center.
The Southeast Campus objective is to create additional facilities at the campus which will satisfy the needs of the growing student population as well as the community needs.
