Exigo Architecture & EP Water Celebrate Soft Opening of Main Administration Building

On August 12, El Paso Water celebrated the soft opening of its new Administration Building, marking an exciting milestone for the organization and the community it serves.

The new facility brings together key departments and employees in a modern, collaborative environment designed to support El Paso Water’s growing needs. With flexible workspaces, areas for collaboration, and enhanced amenities for staff and visitors, the building reflects a forward-thinking and sustainable approach to the workplace.

This milestone was made possible through the dedication and collaboration of the entire project team. Exigo, serving as Architect of Record, led the project in collaboration with design architect Lake Flato Architects, Ten Eyck Landscape Architects, Inc., Arup, and Quantum Engineering Consultants.

We also proudly recognize HENSEL PHELPS Construction and JMT, whose expertise and leadership as Construction Managers played a vital role in bringing this remarkable building to life.

The soft opening gave employees and project partners an opportunity to experience the new facility as the transition begins. We are especially grateful to El Paso Water for the opportunity and trust to be part of this important project. It has been an honor to contribute to a facility that will serve the organization, its employees, and the El Paso community for years to come.
