Location El Paso, Texas

Completion Date Unbuilt

Anchoring a key intersection within Downtown El Paso, this mixed-use residential development is designed as a catalyst for urban revitalization, reinforcing the city’s growing downtown core while responding to its unique cultural and architectural context. The project’s massing is carefully articulated to engage the surrounding streets, stepping along the pedestrian edge to complement adjacent buildings while establishing a contemporary presence within the evolving skyline.

Above the active base, residential levels are organized to maximize natural light, views, and indoor-outdoor living, offering residents framed vistas of the city, surrounding neighborhoods, and the Franklin Mountains beyond. A rooftop amenity level provides shared spaces for gathering and recreation, reinforcing community while capturing panoramic views of the downtown skyline and regional landscape.
