Design Completion Date 2018

After multiple design iterations, the project scope was strategically refined to align with a more conventional development approach suitable for the El Paso market. Despite this adjustment, the overarching vision remains unchanged: to deliver a distinctive, upscale development that elevates the local built environment.

The project incorporates a structured parking garage, rooftop amenities, enhanced material quality, larger residential unit sizes, and a higher level of architectural expression. Maintaining its mixed-use character, the development includes a hotel and high-end restaurant component alongside a multi-family residential complex.

The design intent is to clearly differentiate the hotel and restaurant components from the multi-family portion while ensuring a cohesive overall composition. Both components will draw inspiration from El Paso’s cultural context and respond architecturally to the dramatic presence of the nearby Franklin Mountains, reinforcing a strong sense of place and regional identity.
