Exigo designed a concept renovation for an Art Museum in Austin, Tx. The project explored complex issues such as Historic Preservation and cultural identity in architecture. The project will serve as an anchor to the Austin’s forthcoming Mexican-American Heritage Corridor leading up to Congress Avenue. This museum project was an opportunity to find ways to expand it’s mission to enrich the community through education programs, exhibitions, and the collection, preservation, and interpretation of Mexican, and Latin American art and culture for visitors of all ages.
