Following the recently completed College of Business Administration Master Plan, Exigo embarked in developing a design to fullfil the Plan’s first phase, which includes a complete third floor renovation and the entire building of the deferred maintenance needs. Without expanding the existing building footprint, Exigo was tasked with delivering four new MBA classrooms, a dedicated MBA entrance, upgraded support systems, and a complete modernization of the third floor to foster more interactive and collaborative learning environments.

Exigo executed a full floor transformation, converting outdated computer laboratories and workrooms into state-of-the-art MBA classrooms designed for flexibility and engagement. Existing corridors were reimagined and reconfigured into inviting nooks and collaborative zones, significantly enhancing the student experience. These thoughtfully designed spaces promote interaction, encourage the exchange of ideas, and support teamwork—creating a dynamic environment aligned with the evolving needs of MBA education.
