This project involves relocating the MBA program from the OSJ Building to the College of Business Administration (COBA) to accommodate growing student enrollment and foster a collaborative learning environment. The initiative includes renovating restrooms for accessibility, creating additional faculty office spaces, and enhancing the main lobby to strengthen the professional image of the business school.

Building improvements will also be made to support and maintain the school’s national accreditation. Overall, the project will provide a modern, accessible, and high-quality academic setting that meets the needs of students, faculty, and the institution.
