The commercial project includes the renovation of two existing buildings and the design and construction of three new buildings in a Spanish revival style. The mixed-use project will include both retail and office space as well as three restaurants. The design features steel windows, stone veneer, paved plazas and terraces as well as abundant native landscaping.
